Interaction API does not execute the orderBy parameter

We looking at the interactions API to extract Copilot interactions for analytics. We'd like to do that incrementally, however:

• filter using createdDateTime is not allowed
• orderBy using createdDataTime descending does not sort the response

https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/copilot/users/{user-id}/interactionHistory/getAllEnterpriseInteractions?$top=100&$orderby=createdDateTime desc

Can you please advise how can we achieve incremental data extraction?
