I’m having issues downloading Sysinternals tools. For example I tried to download SDelete from its page. When I click the download link at the bottom of the page I get an error (I think it’s an Azure error) stating:
“PublicAccessNotPermittedPublic access is not permitted on this storage account. RequestId:a6e5398a-001e-000f-2e05-4af378000000 Time:2025-10-31T01:27:49.2216693Z“
