No longer possible to use Copilot to translate a PowerPoint presentation. How long will it take Microsoft to fix this issue?

You’re earning billions from our subscriptions, yet this feature — which worked perfectly well on my desktop — has been broken for days. And your only answer is to suggest a prompt that doesn’t even work?

How many engineers does Microsoft have, and still no one can fix this issue? We’re paying a lot for this service — do your job and fix the problem ASAP!

Am I really dreaming that I have to write this kind of message to customer service?
