I am seeking help to exclude the application Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center (App ID: 80ccca67-54bd-44ab-8625-4b79c4dc7775) from a Conditional Access (CA) policy.
we have a conditional acces policy in place to Block EAC for non admins
but now we want to exclude the above Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center, because now users can not view review email message;s in quarantine page in defender its then blocked by App-naam: Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center
