Where to find the review report about Edge add-ons?

I created three Edge add-ons and submitted them for review.
Currently, their status shows “Review Failed” with the message:
“The certification for your extension has failed. See review report for details.”
However, I can’t find any detailed error report.
Where can I view the specific reasons for the failure?
In addition, my account shows the following error message:
“Something went wrong. Please try again. correlationId: undefined.”
