Unable to add phone number leading to inability to redeem in Microsoft Rewards

Microsoft said that it doesn't support my region's phone number. Now when I try to redeem awards, I can't receive a SMS message or a call. I can't register my number either. It was fine before. I have contacted Microsoft Rewards Support 4 times and they haven't responded to me once. Is there anything I can do to redeem rewards without phone verification?

I'm using a SIM phone number, not a VoIP number to be clear.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem in Microsoft Rewards without a phone number for verification.

Since you mentioned "It was fine before" please confirm if your region is included in the Microsoft Rewards Supported regions list: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/microsoft-rewards-regions-9795ec47-c0f4-a33e-aede-738903359d63

If your country code is included in the list, please perform the following workarounds:

Sign out of your account, restart your device, then try signing in again.
Clear the cache of your Bing app/browser.
Disconnect from the VPN or Proxy server.
Use different devices and network services.
Try using a different phone number, as your current phone number may have been used on a different account already.

Microsoft should stop offering Bing rewards program to regions they don't support. Tell people there who wanna try right away to stop because there location will screws them up.

Hi, I would like to have some help because I can’t redeem my rewards. My phone number is disabled and I want to change it so that I can redeem my rewards but it says it is pending.
