Unable to add phone number leading to inability to redeem in Microsoft Rewards

Microsoft said that it doesn't support my region's phone number. Now when I try to redeem awards, I can't receive a SMS message or a call. I can't register my number either. It was fine before. I have contacted Microsoft Rewards Support 4 times and they haven't responded to me once. Is there anything I can do to redeem rewards without phone verification?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem in Microsoft Rewards without a phone number for verification.

If your country code is included in the list, please perform the following workarounds:

  1. Sign out of your account, restart your device, then try signing in again.
  2. Clear the cache of your Bing app/browser.

  4. Use different devices and network services.
  5. Try using a different phone number, as your current phone number may have been used on a different account already.
