I have a family M365 account and I am unable to login to defender. event links from microsoft site do not work

I have M365 subscription. I am not able to login to defender app on PC . Login page is not even comping up online for microsoft page

Here are some Troubleshooting Steps for Microsoft Defender Login Issues- Verify Subscription & Account
- Confirm your Microsoft 365 Family subscription is active at [account.microsoft.com].
- Ensure you’re signing in with the correct Microsoft account (the one with the subscription).
- Check that the subscription is properly shared with family members.
- Restart or Repair the App
- Close Microsoft Defender completely (use Task Manager to end the process).
- Relaunch the app and try signing in.
- If still failing, go to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Defender > Advanced Options → click Repair, then Reset if needed.
