How to get support for Azure when login is not working

I have an issue with login to account:
Sign-in failed
Error code: AADSTS5000225
Error message: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle Trace ID: 51f83a7a-c281-4dd7-b935-c0ac64412b01 Correlation ID: cd9e3e31-b87b-44ec-aa0c-5bf8ec154810 Timestamp: 2025-10-29 12:47:11Z
However in order to ask remove tenant, I need to fill support request. But all support redirect to azure portal, which is not working due to tenant issue... Cannot find way to ask to remove tenant.
