I have a MS365 family plan and am an Insider - I can access the Copilot formula in excel however when running it I get #BLOCKED - is there something I need to setup here? In my account I have 60 available AI tokens...

    Hello Michael Wensley,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum

Make sure this setting down here is enable because many cloud-backed features such as Copilot return #BLOCKED! when Office is prevented from downloading/using online content.

    1. Go to File > Account > Manage Settings (or File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Privacy Settings).
    2. Enable: “Connected experiences” (both categories: analyze your content and download online content) If present: “Turn on experiences that download online content”
    3. Restart Excel.

You can also refer to this site for more fixes on this #BLOCKED! issue if the method above doesn't work.

How to correct a #BLOCKED! error
