Unable to access admin account - MFA code not received

Hello Microsoft Support,

We lost access to the Microsoft 365 tenant associated with our domain seamark.tr.

The global admin account (@seamarktr.onmicrosoft.com) is not recognized anymore, and our current account (@seamark.tr) is stuck in an MFA verification loop — Authenticator notifications are not received and no alternative verification option is available.

Please assist with:

  1. Resetting MFA for the user ******@seamark.tr
  2. Releasing the domain seamark.tr if linked to an inaccessible tenant

We can verify domain ownership by adding a TXT record to DNS if necessary.

    Hello !Unfortunately, only Microsoft support is able to reset your MFA and unlock your account. You must contact Microsoft business support using the phone numbers listed on this page :
