I am not able to access Azure portal and getting error 5000225. It says due to inactive account.. Now I want to access the portal. Could you please guide me further. Thanks

Tenant inaccessible due to inactivity

If the block has been in place for less than 20 days, we may be able to restore access by unblocking it. Please provide the following details via private message:

• Tenant ID
• Correlation ID from the login failure
• Timestamp of the failure
• Business impact and reason for restoring the tenant
