How do i stop windows security pop up asking for password on an old user name

when i open any office documents I get this windows security pop up asking for my password for this old network which I have not had access to for 12 years> I have cleared any credentials from credential manager and 4 or 5 other steps but no change
Can you please help

Make sure that you are login to Microsoft account in order to get a "Chat support"
- Enter your issue and click Get Help
- Click "Contact Support" that you will see on the lower part of the page
- Under "Products and Services", click "Select your product or service" and select the product you want to ask about. You can select "Windows"
- Under “Category”, click “Select your support category” and select the category you want to ask about. Select "Technical Support"
- Press Confirm
- Press Chat with a support agent in your web browser
