How do i switch admin after an employee has left?

I am beyond frustrated and very angry. My employee left and it was the only admin for my account. Yes I know I should have had a backup. Right now I need help switching the admin to me. I am the owner and I cannot get access. FRUSTRATED - 3 hours today and 2 hours yesterday trying to find a support agent.

I was hired on and I am trying to get into our account but I cannot figure out how to add a different admin, so I cant add employees to our computers.
