Send Newly Create User their 365 Login ID's to their SSRP Email address

We have a app that create users in bulk onprem that are then synced to 365. We have a script that runs that auto populates their external email address used for SSPR. We would like to send newly created user in the past 24 hours their Entra log ID to their home \ external SSPS email address. I have see scripts can do this using PowerShell and Graph but have not had much luck. I have read that 356 Lighthouse can send emails in bulk but this sounds like it is geared towards MSP's.

Any other idea's on how to do this are welcomed!!!
