I am having so much difficulty trying to cancel my MS Teams subscription as it seems unable to locate my account.

I've tried everything, when I try to sign in, it says type in the code from the authenticator app, however I am not receiving any codes despite my settings allowing notifications.

Can someone kindly please help me?
