How can I prevent free downloads of my package?

I am creating my first app on the Microsoft Store. I am uploading my package according to these instructions: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/publish/publish-your-app/msi/upload-app-packages, which say I must host the package (installer exe) on my own website.

This means anyone could download the installer for free, if they knew the URL. How can I prevent free downloads? It seems like people could discover the URL by using web crawlers or similar apps.
