I recently deleted my word app and reloaded it, it not only deleted the word documents under the word app but also the word documents on the files app of my iphone 16. This was done only a few days ago but I still cannot find these files. I contacted apple thinking they could help me recover them thru icloud but they said they can not. They suggested I contact microsoft and see if they can recover them thru the word app.
