I have two accounts associated with the same email ID (satya**@gmail.com). Could you please assist in merging them into a single account?

Before I try and help with this question, please can you tell me if one of your accounts is a Microsoft account and the other a managed identity on your tenant using the Gmail address with the EXT on the end?

You can see this when you sign into the Microsoft Entra ID service here: https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_UsersAndTenants/UserManagementMenuBlade/~/AllUsers

Normally, any guest accounts added from external email providers are attached to your identity, which will be under the name of your tenant. When this happens, they often have the _gmail.com#EXT# part, then @tenant.onmicrosoft.com email address.

However, if it has created a Microsoft account, using your Gmail address, it will have MicrosoftAccount as its identity.

Is this what you see with both of your accounts?
