In response to others asking how to run a AP4H video file in Windows 11, you need to install Quicktime player.
I have an old version of Quicktime 7 which installs and runs just fine in Win11 and solves the problem.
Odd how this simple fix has completely alluded the poindexters looking for codecs to run what is basically a QTime.mov file format.
Hope this helps all those frustrated by the solutions not coming from the Q&A experts.
