Hi everyone,
I’ve been trying to download Fluxus Executor v2.690[OFFICIAL] on my Windows 11 laptop, but the setup just won’t work properly. Every time I try to download it from the official site, it either doesn’t start or shows an error message saying the file can’t be opened.
I’ve already tried:
Restarting my laptop
Turning off antivirus and Windows Defender temporarily
Checking my network connection
Still no luck. Could this be related to SmartScreen, permissions, or Windows security restrictions?
I came across a resource explaining more about installation and compatibility for executors but before I try more tweaks, has anyone else managed to install v2.690 successfully on Windows 11?

Move that installer to another folder on your PC, then right click the installer and select 'Run as Administrator' to test if the installer will then run successfully, if not, right click the installer and try running the installer in Compatibility Mode for a previous version of Windows.

Yeah, I’d check Windows Security/SmartScreen first and also remove any incomplete download before trying again. If the issue is compatibility, it’s worth checking the installation requirements and Windows-related notes here: Fluxus installation guide.
Also check Protection History to see if Windows blocked or quarantined the file. If there’s a specific error code, that would help narrow it down.
