cannot login to azure portal

I cannot login to my azure portal. when I do, I see this message:

but it doesn't take me anywhere.
Searching for similar issues it has to do with MFA but I can't find any specific steps of what to do, other than open a support ticket, which I can't do because I CAN'T LOGIN TO AZURE.
