Getting a failure when creating a PowerPoint presentation with Copilot

When I try to create a new PowerPoint deck with Copilot, it briefly shows a very good Table of Contents, then that disappears and I am left with a blank presentation. I don't see any file created via File Explorer. Is it creating a PPT, or crashing? If it creates the PPT, where is it?
