I have 2 apps on desktop that are websites and I tried everything and I can't remove them from desktop.

When I click on the 2 apps on desktop that appeared today (10-24-2025) this is the website that pops up: onedrive.live.com/?id=%2Fpersonal%2F59c571eee10802dc%2FDocuments%2FDesktop%2FInternet%20Shortcut
I don't have a car anymore so I can't take my new laptop to be fixed for a simple thing like this. I tried right clicking it to delete it but it pops back on desktop, tried dragging to trash app but it appeared again, tried to move it to a file that I could use for junk but it popped back up on desktop.
There has to be a simple way to get rid of them.
