I cannot register my Guadeloupe phone number (telephone code +590) for MFA for Microsoft 365 / EntraID

I can register other French numbers (+33) but not the ones from Guadloupe.
For the old MFA registration I get an (hidden in HTTP 200 response) "BadReputation" answer.
