How can I select multiple Powerpoint slides on ipad M365 version

I would like to select multiple slides in a Powerpoint presentation I am working on. I use a 2025 iPad Pro and M365 software but seem unable to

I have tried the described method and it does not seem to work. I select and hold one slide and then tap on others and they will not select. I have tried in both organiser and slide sorter view.

This doesn’t work for me either . I can’t figure out any way to select multiple slides, e.g. to move them to somewhere else in the presentation. Can’t be correct that there is no way to do so.
