ERROR during the phase of purchase Power BI Pro license

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to purchase a Power BI Pro license. It asks me to create a new name (as a company) in the following format: name.surname@company_name.onmicrosoft.com.

I did it, but it doesn’t work.

I get the following error:
