what now what now? i have a need to get a photo of a video and i can't open the video it weon'ty plahy

i want to use my app and i can't see how in the world to denote using my app and the only dam hthing i don't even know or recognize nor want to use i just want ot use my app a third party and why can't when i go to default appps and see video all it does is show this photo in different angles there i snot a way i can click and put in my video player

this is the most antagonized i have been with this. i am so sick of going through this everyone sayoh just do this and do tht but it dosn't work like that. i can find the list of apps and i see the vidoe but it is not not tno like what anyone thinks it is just a statement of this photo and video with those two different aspect not an option for me to use my preferred app.

what is wrong with this thing? wht is wrong with this thin g/ i use video media player and it has become a night mare with this.

why can't i even just denote this is my preferred app to use? i don't think it iseven legal to forve someone to use what they don't want. i didn't ask for that in signing on to windows 11 and then they make it a royal pain to go back. thanks a lot, microsoft.
