How can I get the actual time that time server 10.26.48.70 is providing? It looks like it could be up to 2 minutes off.

I have a security system with multiple components all synching with 10.26.48.70 for a time server.
The access control system is showing to be almost 2 minutes off from what I get using my cell phone or any world clock web site. How can I verify the time that is being supplied?
