I am encountering problem while logging in my old account katiyarnazil**@gmail.com ,

my microsoft account katiyarnazil**@gmail.com is suddenly stopped working i am unable to log in that account via code or password or any other option i am countering error only multiple time please check and help me get recover back my mentioned account also reflecting different mail in recover please check and update

Go to the Microsoft Account Recovery Form and submit it with as much accurate information as possible (previous passwords, devices, locations, services used). If a different recovery email is shown, it means the account’s security info was changed earlier; Microsoft will only communicate via the contact email you provide on the form.

If recovery fails: Sign in to Microsoft Support with a different account and request help under Account & Billing → Account security, explaining that you own the Gmail address but can’t access the Microsoft account due to incorrect recovery info—support can review the recovery attempt, but cannot bypass security checks
