    Hi,

    Let’s check a few things to figure out why this is happening. Are you using Word on an Android phone, tablet, or a computer? When you say you can’t write, do you mean the keyboard doesn’t appear, or the document says it’s read-only or locked? Also, do you see any message at the top like "View Only" or "Protected View"?
