How can I find out about a $21.44 charge on my account?

I have a charge of $21.44 each month and when I log into my account, the only thing on there is a quarterly charge of $24.99 for an xbox pass. Nothing else shows up for me to cancel. Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it?
