I want to download this document: https://assetsprod.microsoft.com/mpn/de-de/data-secrecy-amendment-germany.pdf
Which is linked on this microsoft page: https://learn.microsoft.com/de-de/partner-center/enroll/csp-documents-and-learning-resources
But whenever I open it, it says to me "access denied". I need this for being legally compliant in germany, and microsoft offers it. Why can't I download it?
