CSP and 1 and 3 year reservations

Hi there,
I have a question regarding CSP's and the assigning of 1 and 3 year reservations for VM's and Azure SQL Managed Instances.
We are currently working with a CSP but we are having a few issues. I would like to know if it is possible for a CSP to grant us access to the reservations section allowing us to purchase the reservations and spec them out for Virtual machines and SQL Managed Instances.
