How to leave obsolete Azure tenants/directories?

My Azure account is linked to 4 tenants or directories. Two of these are obsolete and I want to leave them. However, at one of these tenants my account was removed and the other tenant is blocked due to inactivity. I cannot succeed to leave the tenants which is very annoying.
