When I tried to sign-in Azure Portal: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.

When I tried to sign-in Azure Portal, I get this error message: "This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle"

Hello Nam Park,

The error you received (AADSTS5000225) means your tenant has been marked as inactive. When a tenant is inactive for a long time, Microsoft applies a login block. If the block lasts more than 20 days, the tenant may be permanently deleted.

Tenant inaccessible due to inactivity

If the block has been in place for less than 20 days, we may be able to restore access. Please provide the following via private message:

Tenant ID

Correlation ID from the login failure

Timestamp of the failure

Business impact and reason for restoring the tenant

Note: If this is a test or non-critical tenant, you can create a new one: Quickstart: Create a new tenant in Microsoft Entra ID
