Single Logout for Grafana in Azure Entra ID

We have a portal application, from which we can go to grafana dashboard hosted on different servers with different domains using SSO. What we want is that if we sign out from the portal app, we want to automatically sign out from grafana apps.

Current situation is that I have configured the front-end channel logout url for grafana apps on Azure Entra ID and initiated the logout request from react app using this url (https://login.microsoftonline.com/TENANT-ID/oauth2/v2.0/logout). But grafana apps do not log out. Is there any other configuration do I need to change?
