A user with Global Administrator privileges has suddenly become unable to sign in to the Entra, Intune, or Azure admin centers.
The error details are attached below. Other administrators can access these portals without any issues. Additionally, the affected user can sign in successfully on a Windows device, but not on a Mac.
We would like to understand the possible cause of this issue and how to resolve it.
