How do I contact Windows Store Developer Support?

I tried to sign up for an individual developer account at Microsoft today. Everything went well at first, went through the identity verification process, but when I access the Partner Center it appears confused. It thinks I'm an organization (although I'm not). I tried to sign up again but my developer name is already taken (by me). I don't understand what to do next and I can't find any options for contacting Support. The AI agent isn't very useful and the documentation tells me to access areas I can't locate in the Partner Center. Entire areas that should have settings and information are blank. How can I proceed? I mean if you want me to create a company first, I'll have to do that at the Virginia State Corporation Commission, but that seems unnecessary to just fiddle around in Visual Studio. I wasn't necessarily even wanting to put the app in the Windows Store right away, but just publish it on my own website. I'm very much annoyed. I have had a great deal of fun making the WinUI 3 app, but I can't distribute it without a license from Microsoft. I have a right mind to recreate it in Avalonia and distribute .exe files instead of signed .msix files. To think I might have wasted my time writing a program for a platform I can't use is very aggravating. I need the problem resolved. So who do I contact?
