I purchased a Microsoft account to create an email and domain "Information deleted for privacy protection", and I wonder I signed up I got an Microsoft donaim ending "Information deleted for privacy protection" which I don’t like it and don’t need it, i verified the domain I own by TXT and Cramer I got from Microsoft but I couldn’t add or used my email "Information deleted for privacy protection" that verified on outlook , I tried several times to call the customer service but I didn’t get any response. Could you please let me know how I can can add my email ("Information deleted for privacy protection") on outlook or I want to cancel the subscription and get a refund.

Thank you for contacting us. As I understand, you have created a Microsoft Business tenant and want to create an email address with your desired name along with the domain that you have verified and own.

Please follow the steps below to create an email address with your preferred domain:

Step 1: Access https://admin.microsoft.com using the Microsoft account that has been provided to you.

Step 2: Click Settings → Domains → Add domain, then add your domain. Once your domain shows the status Healthy, you can proceed.

Step 3: Click Users → Active users, then select your account name.

Step 4: Click Manage username and choose the domain you want.
