Getting error "The phone number must contain 10 digits, including the area code." when registering Lithuanian phone number that contains 11 digits

Hello,

I am having trouble registering new business account at https://signup.microsoft.com/createaccount , the business phone number has 11 digits (Lithuania country code 370 and plus 8 phone number digits, 370xxxxxxxx):
