How do I sign in using my hardware security only?

I have set up two FIDO 2 YubiKey security hardware passkeys. The option to sign in with a security hardware key is not available when I log in. I need find out how to use the security hardware hey to log into Microsoft. I do not want to sign in with hello or authenticator. The best security for now are the security hardware keys. That’s why I want to use them for login.
