I have been trying to login to Azure Portal. Everytime I try I get stuck at "Let's keep your account secure". I have removed/added MFA to my account, but nothing works. I have tried Incognito, and that doesn't work. I can go no further. And no I don't know my tenant ID. I set this up as a free trial account. I need help please.

Based on your description, it appears that you are unable to log into the Azure Portal because the sign-in process is stuck at “Let’s keep your account secure.” This typically happens when MFA registration is incomplete or misconfigured. Since you have already tried removing and adding MFA and the prompts are still not appearing, you are unable to complete the authentication.
In such scenarios, another Global Administrator can help re-register MFA on a new mobile device. However, since you mentioned that you are the only Global Admin in the tenant and this is a free trial account, this qualifies as a tenant lockout scenario. To resolve this, we need to engage the Data Protection team via a support ticket to unblock your access.
