My copilot studio agent will no longer republish

. My agent will no longer publish. I’ve had no issues for months until yesterday and now when I click publish it says its publishing but I just get a spinning wheel it never actually published. I’ve tried different browsers, I’ve cleared my cache and restarted the browser. Now when I go in I don’t have the option to publish and when I look on the Channels tab it shows its still trying to publish. I was able to publish a different agent no problem, and I even tried exporting the solution to the dev agent that I’m having issues with. When I exported it and imported it to a different environment it won’t publish there either. I’ve verified there are no errors in any of my topics and I haven’t made any major changes since the last time I published just some wording changes in my prompts.

This issue is related to the backend or platform, not your agent’s code or manifest. Could you try again in a few hours and let me know if it works for you? -

2025-10-17T16:04:19.0433333+00:00 just an update, I let it continue to try to publish and eventually I got this error message:
We failed to publish your agent. Try publishing again later.
Error reading YAML content near line 5919 position 24: MissingValue, token: '' (EndObject), expected: PropertyName
Seeing as how I don't believe I have access to the yaml file how do I correct this?

2025-10-28T06:26:52.7733333+00:00 @Mindy Halasz - This is a data/configuration issue in your agent, not something you can fix by editing a YAML file directly. Carefully review your topics, actions, and knowledge base for missing or invalid values, correct them, and try publishing again.

2025-10-30T12:23:13.23+00:00 Yes I am still having the same issue. I've done additional testing and its happening to every agent in every environment that I have. I've built a new agent in a new environment and that won't publish, I tried publishing an agent I've published before and haven't touched in a month and that won't publish either so I don't think its because of a change I made. If I let it continue to spin after about an hour it will show that error I said in my last message. I opened a ticket with Microsoft, they asked me to send them the network trace logs but I haven't heard back since I sent that.
