There is a Particular problem in some devices shows in defender, Sensor status : No sensor data & device : Onboarded

We have a particular issue on some endpoints shows no sensor data but the device is onboarded to defender, In the portal i can able to check the policy configuration and device details and no active alerts on the device and no timeline for all the devices, Up on troubleshooting the device sense service is working fine and runing all the required services also running.
