I'm trying to enroll in the MS Windows 10 Extended Support today. However, the Administrator Account is my wife's obsolete work email and she has no access to it. She retired in 2018 but her office IT had set her up as the admin on our home Dell PC XPS13-9360 that we purchased in 2017. She does not have her password as the administrator. How do we delete or change her Administrator function to her current email and/or change me to the Administrator with my current email?
