AZ104 Sandbox stuck at 99%

Hi all!

I am trying to complete sandboxes for the Microsoft AZ104 and am struggling to get the sandbox to load. Every time I try to spin up the module on the page, I get stuck at 99%. I have tried chrome, firefox, edge, etc. with no luck, even after clearing cache. I am able to switch to my learn account from the azure portal, but I am not assigned the concierge subscription. Has anyone else had this problem?
