Account Hack Microsoft allowing hacker to use it and steal everything from me

My primary acount was hacked after microsoft confirmed in email it was hacked they said that they would lock the account and make sure the hacker could not continue to access it or my files and i would have to repurcahse any products i had on a new account. Not two days later do i start recieveing emails that the hacker is still using and making changes to the account such as change of password. Who do I talk to to stop this as microsofts own agents apparently are assisting in this hacker stealing m info and have not done even what they said they were going to do!!!!!
