I am still not getting the ENROL for ESU on my second PC

I got the Enrol tag for our first PC 3 weeks ago but have not got any Enrol tag for our second PC despite trying every day to Download updates. I have been in touch with the support centre CHAT with no answer to my question . I have only two days left . I would very much appreciate some support
