Can't get my HID -Compliant touch screen on my device!

I can't get my HID -Compliant Touch Screen to install with my device even though I have followed all optional prompts and examples and updates, diagnostics, troubleshooting and restarts. But still can't find the HID -Compliant touch screen option on the drop down menu. I can't get my HP desktop computer to use Touch Screen option.
